Client hospital in Riyadh is a 900-bed state-of-the-art tertiary care medical center dedicated to delivering health care services of the highest international standard. The facility includes a busy Cardiac Surgery and Liver & Kidney transplant Center, a 21-bed Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Care and Trauma Centers, in addition to advanced Medical, OB/GYN, Pediatric, and Surgery departments performing all major surgeries-including conjoined twin separation .

Job Title: Supervisor Recruitment Services

Responsible To : Director, Corporate Administrative and Support Recruitment Services

Basic Function: Within the vision, mission, and values of the Hospital, to coordinate and supervise all activities pertaining to the Recruitment of Candidates for our hospitals in Riyadh, Al Ahsa, Dammam, Jeddah and all related Health Sciences facilities.

Principal Duties:
1. Supervision of staff members to include: Recruitment Specialist I, Recruitment Specialist II, Recruitment Specialist III, Administrative Assistant III and data entry clerk.
2. Responsible for sourcing, screening and training of all in house staff.
3. Weekly review and thorough assessment of all CV's against manpower staffing requirements.
4. Responsibility for sending salary offer to approved candidate for Senior positions and negotiating the acceptance of each applicant.
5. Daily liaison with Recruitment Director and other staff on all matters relating to recruitment, personnel services, budgetary issues and mobilization of candidates.
6. Responsible for provision of up-to-date information on the status of every candidate application against staffing requests.
7. Coordinate with Recruitment Director with regards to candidates in progress, job postings, excess manpower and budgetary discrepancies.
8. Investigation and trouble shooting of various delays with regards to the mobilization of candidates, processing of visas and searching applicants.
9. Responsible for reviewing of recruitment advertisements and all correspondence to outside / inside agents and contractors.
10. Responsible for preparing monthly job posting/vacancy lists for all departments within the four hospitals.
11. Pre-screen all internal and external applicants and organize interviews through Department Chairmen.
12. Handling of queries relating to: visa processing, housing assignments, candidate suitability for advertised posts and general inquiries on arrival.
13. Preparation of advertising costing and invoices for Management's approval, and follow through on payment through Financial Affairs.
14. Preparation of Recruitment Invoices for Agents / Outside contractors and follow through on payment after the employee probationary period is complete.
15. Supervision and checking of daily and weekly reporting on: Locums, Housing, MSR lines, ETA, Candidate Status for all 4 regions.
16. Classify and Review the application of every candidate, and instruct junior staff to present suitably qualified CV's to relevant Chairman/Section Head, Executive Director or concern department if applicable.
17. Actively approach taken in sourcing suitably qualified Candidate for available posts, by networking, headhunting, liaising with a multitude of International agencies and daily maintains of Internet Recruitment Web page.
18. Performs other job related duties as assigned.

Essential and Preferred Requirements: ( P-Preferred, E-Essential, B-Beneficial )

Education:
BA/BSC in Human Resources, Business or Health Care Management
Or Hospital Administration, or equivalent -Essential

Work Experience:
At least 4 years work experience in Recruitment / Human Resources, or
similar environment, 2 years of which must be in a supervisory level Essential
English Language Skills: Level 1 -Essential
Arabic Language Skills: Beneficial
Computer Skills: Expert Level- Essential
