Client hospital in Riyadh is a 900-bed state-of-the-art tertiary care medical center dedicated to delivering health care services of the highest international standard. The facility includes a busy Cardiac Surgery and Liver & Kidney transplant Center, a 21-bed Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Care and Trauma Centers, in addition to advanced Medical, OB/GYN, Pediatric, and Surgery departments performing all major surgeries-including conjoined twin separation (11 conjoined twin separates have been performed successfully to date, which is phenomenal worldwide). Principle Duties: Essential and Preferred Requirements: (P-Preferred, E-Essential, B-Beneficial) Education requirement: Diploma in Nursing (Western Standard) Essential Bachelors Degree in Nursing for (FE/ME/SA candidates) E Experience requirement: Two years current clinical experience in specific area of practice E English Language Skills: Level - I - E Arabic Language Skills: Beneficial Computer Skills: Proficient - E UNIT NAME Emergency Department - Triage PATIENT POPULATION All ages NUMBER OF BEDS Triage assessment area: 5 examination bays Triage reception with L&D assessment cubicle OCCUPANCY RATE 450 – 650 visits per day 2 - 4 trauma / 5 - 15 acute care patients per day PRIMARY PATIENT DIAGNOSES / CONDITIONS Trauma: Multisystem penetrating & blunt trauma; thoracic, abdominal, head, spinal & orthopedic trauma. Burns, maxillofacial, neurological, neurovascular, surgical, plastic, renal genitourinary, gastrointestinal, neonatal and obstetric conditions. Emergency: Shock – respiratory cardiogenic, neurological, neurogenic, spinal, hypovolemic, toxic, endocrine, gastrointestinal, infectious, environmental, hematological, toxic, Ob/Gyn, ENT, ocular, medical, surgical, orthopedic/traumatic. Fractures/dislocations and amputations. Psychiatric, social oncology, cardiothoracic, neurosurgical, burns, falls, MVA, congenital anomalies, scorpion/snake exposure, and near drowning. |
