Serves on the Executive Team and utilises the performance improvement framework of planning, design, monitoring and evaluating patient care and is accountable for operational outcomes. PRINCIPAL DUTIES: - Provides advanced leadership direction to direct reports within program area of responsibility - Provides leadership in performance improvement and monitors outcome for assigned program and hospital wide activities - Develops strategic and operational plan for assigned program - Collaborates with nursing colleagues, physicians and other key stakeholders to achieve clinical, financial and quality objectives within assigned areas - Monitors the performance and guides the professional development of Program staff - Establishes and achieves targets for Saudization and nationality mix in areas of responsibility, consistent with strategic plan of Nursing and Medical and Clinical Operations. - Participates in the training and development of Saudi nursing students and graduates - Participates in Hospital-wide Performance Improvement activities - Follows all Hospital related policies and procedures - Participates in self and other’s education, training and development, as applicable - Performs other related duties as assigned EDUCATION Master’s degree in Nursing or related health discipline required. Current Registered Nurse licence from country of origin required. EXPERIENCE & OTHER QUALIFICATIONS Seven (7) years experience as a registered nurse in acute care hospital including four (4) years in a leadership role. |
