Which is why we need passionate individuals like yourself who want to get involved in taking one of the UK’s leading neo-natal departments to even greater success. You’ll be exposed to some of the most exciting developments, from baby cooling to retinal laser therapy. We also have one of the highest proportions of low birth weight babies in the country and some of the rarest cases. So you’ll learn from experts in the field and have the full range of experiences a unit such as this can offer. What’s more, through exceptional training and development, you’ll have every opportunity to progress. There are no limits to what you can achieve here. We’re looking for nurses who want to work with both parents and children to deliver genuine family–centred care. That requires ambition and drive as well as empathy and exceptional communication skills.
