The facility includes a busy Cardiac Surgery and Liver & Kidney transplant Center, a 21-bed Intensive Care Unit, Emergency Care and Trauma Centers, in addition to advanced Medical, OB/GYN, Pediatric, and Surgery departments performing all major surgeries-including conjoined twin separation (11 conjoined twin separates have been performed successfully to date, which is phenomenal worldwide).

Acts as the charge nurse for a shift. Ensures optimal nursing care is provided to patients and coordinates staffing and other patient care activities. Rotates day and night shifts to meet patient requirements. Essential / Preferred Education & Experience Requirements: (P. Preferred, E Essential, B Beneficial) Registered Nurse with current Nursing license E Diploma in Nursing (Western standard) E Post Graduate Midwifery Certificate from College/University — E Five (5) years current nursing experience including Three (3) years current midwifery experience with demonstrated leadership abilities – E English Language Skills: Level I E Arabic Language Skills: B Computer Skills: Proficient E This Ob Gynae department is an extremely busy department with almost 9000 deliveries annually, a Caesarean section rate + 20% and lowest perinatal mortality rate in the country, 5.7/1000 (2008) |
